Terms and Conditions of the e-shop
Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "terms") govern the rights and obligations between the e-shop operator (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") in the context of purchasing goods through the online store.

A purchase contract is a contract concluded remotely between the seller and the buyer based on the buyer's order.
Goods are any product offered by the seller through the online store.
The e-shop is the seller's website where the goods are offered for sale.
III. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the buyer's order by the seller. The order can be placed via the order form on the e-shop.
After receiving the order, the seller will send the buyer a confirmation of receipt of the order. Prices of goods and payment terms
The prices of goods are stated in CZK including VAT.
The price of transport may be added to the price of goods, unless otherwise stated. The buyer can pay for the goods in the following ways:
by bank transfer
online card payment
other methods that will be listed on the e-shop website
Transport and delivery of goods
The goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order.
The delivery date is listed for each item. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
The goods are delivered via Czech Post, courier service or another method enabled on the e-shop website, at the buyer's choice.
Rights from defective performance
The Buyer is entitled to the delivery of goods that comply with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement.
In the event that the goods are defective, the buyer has the right to:
have the goods repaired
replacement of the goods
discount on the price of the goods
withdrawal from the contract
The right to a complaint can be exercised within 24 months from the receipt of the goods. The complaint can be made in writing to the seller's address or via e-mail. VII. Withdrawal from the contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods.
The Seller must be informed in writing (by e-mail or post) for withdrawal.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. The goods must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of the Buyer's withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return the funds received from the Buyer within fourteen (14) days of the Buyer's withdrawal from the contract, in the same way as it was received from the Buyer, unless the Seller expressly agrees with the Buyer on another method that does not incur any additional costs; the Seller is not obliged to return the funds received from the Buyer before the Buyer returns the goods to him or proves that he sent the goods to the Seller.
The Buyer shall bear all costs of returning the goods.
The Buyer acknowledges that, according to the provisions of Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the purchase contract cannot be withdrawn, among other things: a) for the delivery of goods that have been modified according to the wishes of the consumer or for his person (custom production); b) for the delivery of goods that are subject to rapid deterioration, as well as goods that have been irretrievably mixed with other goods after delivery; c) for the delivery of goods in closed packaging that the consumer has removed from the packaging and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
The Buyer acknowledges that if the returned goods are damaged, worn out or partially consumed, the Seller is entitled to compensation for damage occurred to the goods and is entitled to unilaterally offset this claim against the Buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.
If a gift is provided to the buyer together with the goods, the gift contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded with a termination condition that if the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the gift contract will cease to be effective and the buyer is obliged to return the gift provided to the seller together with the goods.
Until the buyer takes over the goods, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract at any time. In such a case, the seller will inform the buyer about this by email to the address specified in the order and return the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay.
Failure to collect the cash on delivery - if the buyer does not collect the cash on delivery, the seller will demand compensation for postage and packaging in the amount of CZK 300 to account no. 4848846060/5500 after failure to pay this amount, the claim will be forwarded to the
relevant legal enforcement department. By sending the order, the buyer agrees to the seller's terms and conditions and a contractual penalty in this amount.

The seller collects and processes the personal data of buyers in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection (GDPR).
The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data, in particular for the purposes of fulfilling the order and providing other related services.

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 01.10.2025.
The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be valid from their publication on the e-shop.
Any disputes between the parties will be resolved in accordance with Czech law.
The buyer-consumer has the right to seek out-of-court settlement of disputes with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by placing an order.
