It all started in our own kitchen.
SJO Lab was born from the normal family life of the Faltins. They are parents of a large family, live actively and take care of their fitness and appearance for the long term. For them, exercise and body care are not a short-term trend, but a natural part of every day.
As people who exercise their whole lives, they are close to dietary supplements. They themselves use them for a long time, monitor their composition, origin and effect - and they know that nowadays it is difficult to avoid them. Not because they replace a healthy lifestyle, but because they supplement it in areas that you may be missing in your regular diet.
It was their experience with commonly available supplements that led them to a fundamental question: what do we actually want to believe in and what do we give our bodies every day? Many products lacked simplicity, transparency and a clear origin of the ingredients.
So they decided to create their own.
The idea of making their own collagen came naturally and the vision was clear. Unflavored collagen, easy to use, with an emphasis on real quality and functionality. After careful selection and testing, they chose fish collagen from the northern seas, modified for the best possible absorption.
And the SJO Lab brand was born - built on personal experience, an honest approach and respect for the body and active life.
From the beginning, it was important for them that the brand had an overlap. They have been supporting young athletes for a long time and with the creation of SJO Lab, they continue this idea.
